You must only write some text, insert a picture or a video and the web pages will be automatically created. You just have to upload them and you're done. The program allows creating websites using a simple step by step wizard that is intuitive enough that even beginners can use it. The installation process of TOWeb is as simple as the program itself, requiring just a few clicks to complete. The software can work in almost any version of the Windows operating system, ranging from XP to Windows 7.

The interface of TOWeb seems very easy to use. The first step of the wizard requires entering the site's name and a description. After this is over, the user can move to selecting a theme for his website. TOWeb includes numerous templates. Each one of them can be thoroughly customized and every single element can be changed.

After having chosen the template for the site and the title, one should write the actual site contents. After this step is completed, all that's left to do is to publish the website. This requires entering some FTP information, like the server, username and password. Alternatively, the site's files can be copied to the hard disk, to be manually uploaded later or to be tested.
